TERMS & CONDITIONS

Credit terms are available subject to proper credit application approval.

A monthly service charge of 1.5% may apply on past due invoices.

Major credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Deliveries are made locally. All local and out of area shipments (i.e. via UPS, FedEx, etc.) are FOB Harahan, Louisiana, and/or the factory. Drop shipments from factories are subject to the policies of the manufacturers.

Visible or concealed damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Return goods must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking charge may apply. Custom produced items are not returnable.
