Features 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material, SOLAS-grade 3150-A PS, with adhesive backing on panels. Includes snag-resistant buckles. International orange. Minimum 17 1/2 lb. buoyancy. Self-extinguishing under ASTM 1692-74. USCG Approved, Type V. Optional pocket set includes (1) front pocket made to hold a knife, snacks, etc. and (1) large back pocket to accommodate radio and battery equipment, etc.
